Clubs

At Mawdesley St. Peter’s we offer a wide range of clubs. These take place either at lunchtime or after school. Many of our clubs are free, but some require payment when outside companies are employed.

Throughout the year, our children can join clubs such as:

• Cricket
• Dance
• Dodgeball
• Football for girls and boys
• Gymnastics
• Drama
• Art
• Outdoor adventurous activities
• Science Club
• Math Club
• iRock

School Council

We also have a School Council which meets on a regular basis with Miss Goulden, Robin Class teacher. 

The school council consists of the four Year 6 Pupil Ambassadors, and 2 elected pupils from Year 3 , Year 4 and Year 5.

They discuss a range of initiatives, projects and also the charity we wish to support. Some of the successes to date have been:

• Christmas Crafting
• Nature Day 
• New Outdoor Equipment 
• Playground Markings
• Den-building Day
• Sponsoring an animal from the WWF

All the news and progress of projects can be viewed by all children via a dedicated notice board .
